Topic of 21st Annual International Competition:

Parks and gardens - my best place to relax

Through drawings, paintings, graphics, photographs, animated film and comics, try to catch beautiful parks and gardens that not only adorn the house or apartment building surroundings, but also provide benefits, relaxation and pleasure for the eyes and soul.

The mission of the competition is to instil in young artists a relationship to nature and the environment by creating habits and skills in artistic expression. Works should be of creative and motivating character, representing the children´s relationship to life and nature.

The patronage over the competition is awarded in 2016 by the European Commission Representation in Slovakia, Slovak Commission for UNESCO and European Environment Agency (EEA).

The international level is annually confirmed by many fine-art works sent in the competition. They come from different countries (China, Latvia, Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Belarus, Romania, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, Lithuania), and of course from Slovakia. This is evidenced also by the choice of the most successful years of the competition:
